I have lived in the northwest valley for over 16 years and love it here! Even the summers—well, most of it! I graduated from the University of N. Colorado with a bachelors in Business Management and Finance. Our clients would tell you our responsiveness and communication is second to none. We have been praised for our negotiation skills, marketing strategies and market knowledge of the area. I have been happily married for 36 years and have 3 grown children, and 2 grandkids. I have been in the sales/service industry for over 20 years as a Farmers Insurance Agent, District Manager for 3 years and Real Estate since 2005. I have won numerous awards most recently the RE/MAX 2011 Executive club. I currently hold the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designations.
